What started as a search for relief turned into a ritual of healing.

I’ve struggled with eczema for years the constant itching, irritation, and frustration made me realize how much my body was begging for balance. Around the same time, I was drinking coffee nonstop just to get through the day. The headaches without it were awful, and I knew something had to change

A friend introduced me to Teeccino a coffee-tasting herbal blend and that first cup opened my eyes (and heart) to a different kind of comfort. I slowly swapped caffeine for herbal tea and found myself feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to my body. No more prescriptions for headaches. No more chasing quick fixes. Just nature doing what it’s always done best: heal.

Now, I spend my days blending teas, crafting oils, and growing herbs in my garden, creating natural remedies for the mind, body, and soul.
